Storyline

In this review I'm going to briefly go over my thoughts on the franchise as a whole and then dig

into this one.

The Terminator' is a great, dark and mysterious sci-fi action and horror movie from

the 80s. It introduced us to this story of man killing machine sent back in time to play with the

future. We see Arnold as the T-800 who is sent to kill Sarah Connor (a helpless waitress) so that

she will never give birth to the leader of the rebellion, John Connor. We then see Kyle Reese get

sent back in time to save Sarah Connor. 9/10

In the next film T2 Judgement Day we are introduced to Arnold again, playing a different role.

Now the savior of young John Connor. The new threat is the T1000, who is definitely the most

fearsome machine in this franchises history. This film is the best in the franchise, not just for its

immense visual upgrades but also for the fact that we see likable characters with depth. 10/10

T3 is the third film which is an okay action film but lacks the depth in every way compared to

previous installments. 6.5/10

Terminator Salvation was the reboot/prequel to this franchise and is by far the worst one. It has

some bad acting mixed with a terribly depressing tone which goes against the whole nature of this

franchise and all in all feels like a completely different film. It is not a Terminator film and by

itself it isn't that much better. 5.5/10

Now let's get to the one we want to hear about. Terminator Genisys looked terrible in the first two

trailers. It looked forced and the visuals looked horrendous. However this turned out to be one

of the biggest surprises this year!

The story jumps through all the different times that we have come to know from the first two

films, and wow am I happy I had just seen the first film before hand. I mean there was so many

little hints to the first film that were done so well. The story may be a bit confusing for some

people, but as a fan of time travel movies I was happy, I mean I like doctor who so this was

child's play for me. I don't want to get too much into it but the two things that stand out from

the story for me was the connection between Sarah Connor and the T800 and also the 'twist' of

John Connor becoming the main villain (this is a curse with this franchise, moments that would

have been awesome twists in the movies are shown in the trailers). The relation with Sarah

Connor and Arnie is heartwarming and I actually prefer it to the John Connor and Arnie

relationship from T2! Jason Clarke is one of my favorite up and coming actors and he did really

well in this role, he looked really menacing and the way we see his reveal is amazing!

The visuals and the action are top notch! There are some extremely satisfying action scenes in

this movie, and most of the effects are practical and not just filled with CGI which I LOVE! It looks so much better and realistic and for me it shows so much more effort from the film makers to have done this! The T1000 played by Byung Hung-Li is awesome, he is so much fun to see and although we will never have the same feeling of seeing such amazing CGI again there are some moments which look absolutely incredible, subtle things that go a long way! John Connor also looks incredible, and I LOVE his special moves! The visuals are fantastic in this movie, the best being the recreation of Arnie from the first film in CGI, this is the best CGI I have ever seen and I think it's worth an Oscar! At least a nomination, it looks much better than Jurassic World's visuals.

Now my biggest problem is Jai Courtney, he is just so lifeless in this, as I think he is in everything

he makes. Yes he looks strong, but he doesn't connect at all, and the poor delivery of his lines is

just laughable! Hopefully we won't have to see him again in future installments...

Overall this is a great action movie, not as good as Mad Max, but much better than Jurassic

World! And as a massive Terminator fan, I'm happy we finally got a movie that I can say is

worthy to be

part of the franchise.

Storyline

George Miller returns with a bang and takes the helm of this crazy 2hr bonkers extravaganza named Mad Max: Fury Road. First of all, the stunts and action sequences are SPECTACULAR. Tom Hardy breaths life into Max Rockatansky and Charlize Theron is excellent and emotionally perfect as Furiosa. The story opens, with Immortan Joe who has young ladies as his wives, but he'll goes down when they escape the sadist's hands. Max, who has a violent past with Joe's cronies, decides to help Imperior Furiosa take the girls somewhere safe. Furiosa can't trust Max, and neither can he. So it all comes down to Joe's cronies fighting against them reaching to their destination. The movie is a bananas car chase for the runtime, as Max and Furiosa work together to fight against the evils. And then, there is Nux, a bonkers "really skin coloured" guy, who works with Joe, played well by Nicholas Hoult. The 3D really pays off, and is worth the extra ticket. The movie puts all other action movies of shame, the effects really pop out. Well, this is a definite masterpiece. One of the best movies of the year, one of the best action movies ever made and the role of Theron's life. Miller is truly a mastermind as stated clearly in the trailer. This exceeded my expectations, and will exceed yours as well. The dark style, dark comedy and the over the top characters make a return in this reboot. Must watch, and worth the extra IMAX 3D ticket.

The movie sucked, and I really enjoyed the first one. Way too many robot fight scenes, it's almost like watching somebody play a video game.Joss Whedon is really "hit or miss" and he missed it here badly. He's more of an Aaron Spelling than anything.I guess if you want to say McDonalds makes great food because so many people eat it everyday, Joss Whedon is your guy.The only character that seems remotely interesting is Tony Stark played by the brilliant Martin Downey Jr, if it wasn't for him the film franchise would simply not exist.The movie is just a bunch of CGI that apparently is trying to break the record for how many machine fight scenes you can cram into a "film"

Scientists and corporate companies never learn do they ? Surely Universal Studios cant be so short of money that they need to resurrect a franchise that finished fifteen years ago ? That said dinosaurs have an absolute fascination to humans in general and children in particular and I used to love these dinosaur movies courtesy of Ray Harryhausen and who can forget the classic DOCTOR WHO story Invasion Of The Dinosaurs where the population of London has to get evacuated due to the sudden appearance of papier mache reptiles . In short you can't go wrong with dinosaurs if you're after mass commercial appeal . Despite the dangers of flogging a dead horse Universal are probably playing things a bit safe by bringing out another franchise film

And play it safe they do . There's not a lot of originality on display here and much of the first half plays out as you might expect it . These greedy corporate capitalists have changed the balance of nature by opening a theme park featuring animals that died out tens of millions of years ago and worse than that they've modified the dinosaurs so that not only do you think you're watching a retread of the original JURASSIC PARK movies complete with the same musical soundtrack you're also watching a reworking of The Company from the ALIEN movies . This is also reflected in the rather one note , thin characters who populate the story

At this point you might start worrying Universal fleeced out of the price of a cinema ticket and you're getting more of the same that you got with the first three films but the saving grace here is just how nasty things get . My problem with the second JP is once the action switches to mainland America there's not much in the way of a high body count , This is certainly not a problem here and director Colin Trevorrow knows what the audience wants and gives it to them by the bucket load as numerous faceless red shirt types suffer all sorts of spectacular deaths . It might sound a little bit mean but I was surprised as to how enjoyable the action scenes were . Spectacular deaths and dinosaurs ? What more do you want from a blockbuster ?

Naani an eight-year-old boy who is very mischievous always troubling his mother. His mother scolds him when he eats the toothpaste, urinate in bed at night. Naani falls down on a road one day and a young woman helps him. Naani's elder brother plans to watch adults movie with his friends in the absence of their parents and Naani demands him to join him to which his brother does not allow him. Angered, Naani cuts off the power which creates a short circuit at home. Naani's mother scolds for his dangerous mischief and shouts at her husband for not stopping with one child as Naani is troubling her a lot. This hurts Naani and he runs away from home to jump into a river. But he is stopped by an old man and he takes Naani to his place. The old man introduces himself as a scientist who has his own laboratory. He insists Naani to help him in his research of transforming a child to a young man. Naani agrees and the scientist transforms him to a young man. Naani starts to live as a young man physically but as a child mentally and stays away from his family. The only person other than scientist who knows the truth is his child classmate friend. Naani meets the girl at a park who helped him once he fell down on road. Innocent child Naani helps to remove dust from her eyes, smiles at her and leaves the place. The girl is very much attracted towards him and she looks for him every day.

Naani goes for an interview in a company under the name of Vichu. The company is toy manufacturing company and the owner who interviews him demands to have childhood memories and should be like a child to understand children's taste. Since Naani himself is a child he grabs the job easily. Vichu is diverted to the daughter of the owner who is none other than the girl named Priya who helped Naani once on road and whom she was helped by him at the park. Priya is surprised and happy to see him in her company. Priya-Vichu intimacy creates a jealousy for Raj another employee in the company who intends to attract her and marry her. The cold war continues when Naani overcomes Raj's idea for a new type of bed for kids and introduces his own idea creating a successful product. Naani meets his brother as an anonymous man and hears that his mother is very depressed on Naani's disappearance. Naani meets his mother who fell sick since her son got missed. She feels bad for having so strict to her child which she had done for his goodness. Naani realised his mother's love and goes to scientist to change him back to eight-year-old boy. Scientist understands his mind and he again transforms him to eight-year-old boy and Naani reconciles with his mother. But again at night he changes back to young man and he immediately rushes to scientist. But scientist does not know what has happened and both of them are shocked on Naani's present condition.

Naani now lives as an eight-year-old boy during day time and as a twenty eight-year man during night time. Priya expresses her love to him but Naani tells her to love a man suitable for her age. Scientist tells Naani to accept Priya and Vichu accepts her love. Priya tortures him always to which he cannot withstand. Priya tells him accompany for a matinee show. Since Naani is a boy during day time he cannot come. But he sees Priya waiting in anger for him in the theatre while going to home from his school along with his mother. Naani's mother befriends Priya as they are neighbours and Priya likes small boy Naani. Priya gets angry on Vichu's (Naani's) absence. She finally decides to both get married. Raj kidnaps Vichu on day of marriage but Vichu changes to Naani during daytime. The kidnappers release him as they misunderstand of kidnapping a child. Naani transforms to Vichu and marries Priya at evening time.(Hindu marriages take place usually at mornings). Vichu though a young man by body but small boy and does not know anything about marital life. Now Vichu lives as an eight-year son to his mother during days and as Vichu, an employee in his wife's company and as husband to his wife during night time. Naani somehow manages his mother by disappearing during nights.Priya needs a child so she intentionally shows her skin to him by intentionally removing her clothes. Priya is now pregnant and Vichu is now a child dad. Vichu once meets Naani's (his) mother and understands the difficulties of pregnancy for a woman. Hence he takes care of his wife with full affection. Naani's child friend demands to spend time and come to play with him but Naani refuses as has got tight schedule as a son, as an employee and as a husband. His friends get angry and reveals the truth to Priya. Priya is shocked to hear that she is bearing the child of a child.

Priya argues with Naani for marrying her and made her pregnant but Naani shouts at her arrogance of having involved him in trouble in spite of his warning to marry a suitable man of her age. Naani turns to Vichu in front of her and Priya is further shocked to see the transformation by her own eyes. But Vichu reveals that he loves her anything else in this world. Priya now gets labour pain and Vichu takes her to hospital. But on the way Vichu is stopped by Raj's men seeking revenge. Vichu overcomes the difficulties and admits her in the hospital. Everybody now comes to know the truth about Naani and Priya gives birth to Naani's son and she is upset on her fate of being a child's wife.

Twenty years pass by. Now Naani is a real young man of twenty-eight years old.He still lives with Priya as her husband. He goes inside his room as young man and comes out as a forty-eight-year old man who is now husband of forty-year-old Priya and father of twenty-year-old son who looks like him. Naani calls scientist to find if he had found remedy for his transformation to which he gets a negative reply from him.

Now Naani shall live a life as a man with actual age during dawn to dusk and live as a man with actual age plus twenty years from dusk to dawn

The sequel to the 2013 film ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, 'ABCD 2' is A Decent Dance Flick, thathas some awe-inspiring dance numbers & lighthearted moments working on its advantage.Remo D'Souza offers a visual delight, however, the story is entirely predictable & is also a bit too long.'ABCD 2' Synopsis: After being ridiculed for copying a dance performance in India, a group of underdogs, with the help of a mentor, pursue to compete in a World Dance Champion in Las Vegas.

'ABCD 2' is the regular rags to riches story, about underdogs in search for redemption. Remo, who's mastered dance with his successful career as a choreographer, impressivelydirectsthis energetic dance fare, with some of its dance numbers leaving a striking impact. I'd like to single out 2 dance numbers,1 being the Charlie Chaplin tribute & the other being in its climax. The choreography & the execution by the dancers, both, are marvellously done! Remo definitely deserves credit for churning out a dance flick, that isn't lazy or unimpressive. The hard work shows & how! A Special Mention for Sachin-Jigar's foot-tapping soundtrack!

But, 'ABCD 2', as a film, is predictable to the core. 20-Minutes in & you know exactly what's gonna follow next. Tushar Hiranandani's Screenplay is clichéd. However, the light moments are nicely placed in the narrative, which are definitely good to watch. Mayur Puri's Dialogue range from ordinary to average. Also, the film is a bit too long. At a 146-minutes, 'ABCD 2' overstays its welcome by at least 25-minutes. Some Trimming was most definitely needed!

Performance-Wise: Prabhu Deva shines. As the mentor, the dancing legend grooves with impeccable grace & his performance too, is credible. Varun Dhawan oozes energy in the dance numbers & has performed well. Shraddha Kapoor is okay. She doesn't really suit the part, as her dancing chops lackquality. Among others, Raghav Juyal & Dharmesh Yelande leave a mark.
